First option
take a
bus to Milano Central Station. The service is provided by many companies, the tickets can be bought on the bus for about 7 € and the trip takes about 1 hour (1 hour and 30 minutes if traffic congestion);

Second option
take the
Malpensa Express from Malpensa Airport to Cadorna Station (about 30 minutes, 11 €);
take the tube, green line, direction

Second option, more frequent, but it takes more time

bus to Milano Central Station, every 30 minutes from 6.05 to 23.45. Tickets can be bought on the bus, about 8 €, trip time about 40 minutes;
