NA2: Dissemination

Dissemination plays a crucial role in every Research and Technological Development (RTD) project. In the case of DORII the main activities will be concentrated both on promoting project results and the RIS idea in general and on demonstrating and teaching end users how the proposed system can be efficiently used.

It is very important for the project success to reach appropriate user communities. Scientists and system integrators will be targeted at relevant conferences and workshops.

NA2 is also be responsible for contacts and cooperation with other projects. Close cooperation with NA4, the standardization workpackage, is expected. Dissemination also plays an assisting role for the DORII consortium collaboration meetings. These meetings defined by the management will require some logistic help and post-meeting work (like collection of material, etc.).

Properly planned dissemination increases interdisciplinary involvement of user communities in common European research.
