JRA prototype is being released still in progress will be ready by end of this week

The way of preparing releases in JRA - - we will release prototype - the main task to prepare the releases of all components - the components are not yet integrated - established several possibilities - GForge server - source code repository - file release system link: https://gforge.hlrs.de/frs/?group_id=155
